Are you DMKR a factory or trading company?
DMKR is brand registered by Shenzhen Langshite Electronics Co., Ltd., which is factory located in Shenzhen. Welcome to visit our factory.
What is the MOQ?
We don’t have MOQ request for regular products. If you never bought our products before, you can buy some samples to test first. But for customized products, we do have MOQ request. Please contact our sales for details.
What is the capacity of your factory?
It depends. Normally our production capacity is 20,000-40,000pcs for VTX/VRX/ cameras; 5,000-10,000pcs for goggles or monitors. If you have larger quantity request, please contact with our sales for details.
Do you deliver to customer’s country?
For goggles, monitors, cameras, receivers, we can deliver to some countries. But due to some policies, we are not sure if some products can be delivered, or be delivered to some countries. Please contact our sales for details.
What is the monthly product inventory?
For materials or components we usually have some bulks for backup, like PCB, chips. However, since we get different quantities of requests, we cannot make sure the same inventories every month. But due to the chips pricing trend, we suggest customers to pre-order more inventories of goggels, monitors, receivers as backup too.
What is the transmission range of an analog VTX?
The actual transmission range depends on transmitter power, antenna configuration, operating environment, and installation conditions. In open line-of-sight areas, higher power output and properly matched antennas can help extend the range. However, obstacles, RF interference, antenna direction, receiver sensitivity, and frequency band may all affect real-world performance. We recommend testing the system under your actual application conditions for the most accurate result.
You are factory, but why some prices are higher than those on taobao, 1688, aliexpress?
Since the prices of receiver chips keep going higher, and some trading companies still have inventories, they didn’t update the prices. We keep updating prices once the price of chips changes.
What is your monthly production capacity?
Our monthly production capacity depends on whether the order is for a customized product or one of our existing standard models. Standard products usually have a more stable production capacity, while customized products may vary depending on the required specifications, component availability, production complexity, and testing requirements. Please contact us with your product details and estimated order quantity, and we can provide a more accurate production capacity and lead time.
Do you offer customization options?
Yes. We provide flexible customization options for FPV-related products to support different application scenarios and integration requirements.
Customization can include adjustments to key specifications such as transmission frequency, output power, channel configuration, connector type, and mechanical design. Firmware-level tuning and system compatibility optimization are also available for specific use cases.
For OEM/ODM projects, we support tailored solutions based on your technical requirements, including branding, packaging, and hardware modifications. Minimum order quantity and lead time depend on the level of customization requested.
To ensure performance consistency, all customized units undergo functional testing and quality verification before shipment.
How long is the lead time?
Usually it takes 5-15 days for us to finish regular orders. We will tell customer exact lead time after order confirmed.
Can customer use their own forwarder agent?
Sure. We support customers to have their own forwarder to arrange shipment.
How about warranty?
Since drones are easily damaged if without correct operated, we don’t offer exact warranty on the drone accessories. It depends. But we can offer 2 year warranty on the goggles, monitors.
Can customer go to visit our factory?

Can we put customers own brand on the products and packages?
Sure. We totally support!
I bought your VRX/receiver, why it can’t show video on my goggle/monitor?
Usually the wire sequence of our VRX is different from other brands of goggles/monitors, that’s why we also send a cable with adapter along with the VRX. Please contact our sales if you can’t solve the problem. We will assist you unconditionally to solve it.

Can we put our own logo on the goggle/monitor?
If your logo has only 1 color, we can free print your logo. If more than 1 colors, we will check with the printing company how much it costs on bulk order.
The cost will depend on the complexity and quantity. We aim to keep customization affordable for bulk purchases. Please provide your logo file in vector format (such as AI or PDF) for a precise assessment. This ensures high-quality printing that matches your brand standards. Once we receive the details, our team will promptly share a quotation and proof for your approval before production begins. We are committed to delivering products that fully reflect your brand identity.
I have no experience buying anything from you, and no agent, no pay RMB, how can I order?
If there are some your family, friend, or colleague who has Alipay, it will be great. But if none, we may introduce some agent who can help you. Not only on payment, but also shipment.
